[WCF] HTTP Error 404.3...

Error message:

HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Solution:

1. Open elevated command prompt with administrator privileges
   
2. Execute "cd c:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation\" command. (Not .NET framework v3.5)
   
3. Execute "ServiceModelReg -i" command.

Then a service should be created.
