[Java] Deploy Web Service with Tomcat

Step-by-step:

1. In Eclipse, right click your web service project > Export > WAR file to obtain the WAR file.
2. Move the war file to your $CATALINA_HOME/webapps directory. Tomcat will automatically expand and deploy the application for you.
